The DPUK Imaging platform can search for shareable cohort data that is stored in three schemas:
This page describes how these data might be edited directly in the XNAT application via XNAT forms
A subject will be typically be created in the process of adding image data to a project, often with no demographic data. To edit the subject manually you can click the edit menu option in the subject details page to go to the Edit existing subject page.
Note that the research group is intended for say, control and treatment groups and will be used to partition subjects in the data freeze.
DPUK Assessment data
To add DPUK Assessment data you add an experiment to a subject.
Select the DPUK Assessment experiment and the diagnosis and clinical assessments. Note that visit id is a free text field that will also be used to partition data during the data freeze if it contains values. Note also the session id must be unique within the project so is usually prefixed by the subject id.
DPUK Risk Factor Assessment data
The DPUK Risk Factor experiment is designed to be submitted once per subject.
